Chilli powder <br />Rock salt, to taste <br />2 tsp. Coriander powder <br />1 tsp. Cumin seed powder <br />1 tsp. Red chilli powder <br />½ tsp. Aamchur powder <br />1 tsp. Garam Masala <br />Coriander leaves <br /> <br />For Puris:- <br />Oil for frying <br />½ tsp. Salt <br />1 tsp. Carom seeds <br />2 tsp. Oil <br />Water <br />1½ cup Wheat Flour <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />1. In a pan heat ghee and add cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, water from the boiled chickpeas, chickpeas and cook until the water dries out. <br />2. Now add rock salt, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, red chilli powder, aamchur powder, garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix well. <br />3.
